As you know, Article and paragraph 20 ( 3 ) of our Constitution states that “Everyone has the right to request the protection of personal data about themselves. This right includes informing about the personal data about the person, accessing this data, requesting their correction or deletion, and finding out if they are being used for their own purposes. Personal data may be processed only in the cases provided for by law or with the express consent of the person. The principles and procedures related to the protection of personal data are regulated by law." and in accordance with this provision, every real and legal person accepted as a data controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 of the Official Gazette Dated 07.04.2016 and adopted by the legislator in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data must show the maximum sensitivity to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the law. Within this context we have established policies for processing, purpose of processing, data transfer, deletion, protection, anonymization of the personal data, that is protected by the law, of both the real person customers and the real persons and employees our Company is in commercial collaboration with, and we are announcing this clarification text to our esteemed concerned persons. Your personal data that is automatically processed on our Company's website ( sonahealthtourism.com ) or that is notified through agreement shall be protected in accordance with the law and legislation and shall not be shared with any third parties in any way.
In this context, we process your personal data within the framework of the following principles and procedures in the capacity of ” Data Controller " and within the limits specified below and ordered by the legislation.

2. To Whom and For What Reason Your Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred to
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, shareholders, officially authorized public organizations and private persons in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 8 and 9 of Personal Data Protection Law for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our departments to make sure that you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, suggesting the products and services offered by our Company to you by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and those who have a business relationship with our Company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of the Company's locations, customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation investigation processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), and for the determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies and ensuring that human resources policies of our Company are carried out.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected to present the products and services by our Company in the determined legal framework and for our Company to fulfill its responsibilities arising from the agreement and law completely and accurately in line with the purposes above in any verbal, written or electronic media. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text under personal data processing terms and purposes specified in Article 5 and 6 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner's Stated in the Personal Data Protection Law.
If you, as personal data owners, submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below in this Clarification Text, our Company will conclude the request for free no later than 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is provided by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee will be charged at the rate determined by our Company. In this context, personal data owners are entitled to;
• Find out if personal data has been processed,
• Request information about your personal data if it has been processed,
• Find out the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Be informed about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the process performed in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of the personal data and notification to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred in case the reasons for processing are eliminated, although the data may be processed in accordance with the PDP Law and other related provisions,
• Object to the emergence of a conclusion against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of PDPL, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any methods at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing in accordance with the PDP Law. Within this framework, the channels and procedures by which you will submit your application in writing for your applications within the scope of Article 11 of the PDP Law are described below.
